The machine can automatically cup falling, weighing,sealing and finished product output working process. The cover film is aluminium coating, use PlC control system and speed control device. The machine is highly automatic, greatly increase production efficiency, reduce manual consumption, improve hygienic requirement during production process.  The machine has taken mature and reliable design, ensure its stable performance. 
 
Features:
 
1. Transmission and turntable system
Including drive motor/speed reducer/transmission device made of rotary step system,  the movement positioning device, turntable, cup mould etc.  Electronic governor will regulate  the machine  operation speed by  stepless speed regulation.
 
2. Automatic cup feeding system
Mainly completed  by electric device , take rotary way to give cups, ensure reliable operation.
 
3. Quantitative filling system
Consists of  material cylinder, liquid level control device, pneumatic control filling valves, pneumatic filling quantitatively piston. With CIP cleaning accessories, PLC built-in cleaning procedures.
 
4. Lid film Giving and Covering System
Consists of reservoir-cap film frame, the drive cylinder, chuck, shaft, turn-over device etc. With the function of cylinder, the vacuum suckers under the action of negative pressure, take one cap  from resevoir-cap frame, then turn 180 degrees, cover the membrane placed in the plastic cup.
 
5. Lid film covering system
Including frame, "cup device, covering board , pneumatic covering executive components.
 
6. The upright cup output system
Consists of top cup and scraped  cup equipment etc.
 
7. The electrical control system
By PLC programmable control system, power supply circuit, electrical protection, fault alarm prompt, safety abrupt stop equipment etc.
 
8. Pneumatic system
Consists of pneumatic triple pieces joints, electric control reversing valves, pneumatic protection switch, pneumatic and joint etc
 
9. Organic glass shields, safety and Hygienic Construction 
Rack with carbon steel profile antirust processing after the coated with stainless steel plate. Turntable and  cup mould adopts the high quality aluminum or stainless steel, with excellent anti-corrosion quality . The other parts are made of stainless steel and material which must  meet The Food Hygienic Standard requirements.
