Scope of application:
Suit for cylindrical shape products in cosmetic, food pharmaceutical and other light industries, labeling on product special position.
Operation control system
1. Multi function man-machine operation interface production count ,parameter adjustment and other visual monitoring with a wealth of help function and flat display function.can automatically detect tag length and other functions.
2.The whole machine and spare parts use international standard SUS 304 stainless steel imported alloy materials .double anodoc oxidation treatment ,with high corrosion reslstance and never rust ,suit for any production environment.
3.Separate bottle device use air cylinder device ,distance between bottles can set ,stable and accurate.
4.Fix position device use reciprocating type air cylinder push bottle body ,three point positioning on bottle body ,360 degrees labeling any position on bottle label.
5.Special position detection sensor ,fine bottle body positioning point accurately .
6.Can choose high precision servo positioning systems ,especially suit for logistics industry ,such as red wine bottle cover the original label requirements.
7. Can suit for 1 bottle with two labels function such as Ganten water bottle.
