The equipment required for the filling Low-temperature state where the stirring-type product,have a certain viscosity of the material, like yogurt.  The sealing film is roll film. Machine can automatically form the plastic cup. then volumetric fill, seal, coding print, and output. The device is equipped with CIP cleaning attachment device, PLC control system and frequency control devices. The aircraft high degree of automation, to a large extent to improve production efficiency, reduce manual links, improve sanitary conditions in the production process. Hard and reliable design of this type of equipment, good stability.

Mainly consists of the following functional parts:
(1) Transmission template traction system. Including linear stepper drive motor / reducer / transmission system, as well as traction drive chain, action positioning device, aluminum alloy template by electronic inverter devices running speed stepless speed control.
(2) Automatic preheating system. Whole motion is complete by the pneumatic device. The new design system is including guiding device, heating device, preheating plate etc.. 
(3) Cup forming system: including forming mold, therforming device, blowing device, cooling system, clamping device. 
(4) Volumetric filling system. Material cylinder, liquid level control devices, the dual pneumatic control filling valve, pneumatic filling volumetric piston. With CIP Cleaning interface.
(5) Film dragging system: Including film supply component and a waste collecting membrane components. For the film supply component mainly comprises a film placing device, and control device of roll film traction, photoelectric detection device, film guide roller. The collection of waste membrane components including driving device, transmission device, waste film collection device, the film collecting storage membrane system, membrane guide roller. Optional date batch thermal code device. 
(6) Sealing system. Including heating / thermostatic control unit, temperature sensor, the sealing device rack hypanthium device, heat sealing plate and head, pneumatic capping campaign execution units.
(7) Cooling system: Different cooling device will be designed according to different products. 
(8) Cutting device: by punching mould, indentation, clamping mechanism, gear motor etc.
(9) Upright cup system. By top cup and hanging out cup device. With a 80-cm length of the finished output Conveyor so that the finished product to the next process.
(10) electrical control systems. PLC programmable control system, power supply circuit, electrical protection, fault alarm, security emergency stop devices.
